
Rafting is becoming increasingly popular sport available to all generations age 7 to 77. No special knowledge is needed for recreational rafting. It is enough to be properly equipped and follow the instructions of skippers who operate rafts and ensure the safety of rafting participants. Skippers' instructions refer to the way of using the equipment, information on safety and characteristics of the tour.
The raft is made of a special multilayer material HYPALON which is very resistant to external influences and mechanical damages. It is consisted of numerous chambers filled with air due to what it is unsinkable and has highly floating characteristics. The type of a raft is determined by the tour's characteristics. Rafts for 7, 9 and 11 people are most frequently used on Una river.

The appropriate equipment consisting of neoprene trousers, neoprene booths, life jacket, hamlet, paddle and neoprene gloves when needed, is necessary for the complete safety of participants. The entire equipment has distinctive floating characteristics what guarantees keeping the rafters securely on the water surface in cases of turning over or falling out of the raft.
